ABOUT EMORY

Emory is a makeup artist from Kitchener, Ontario, where she grew  up inspired by films and shows like The Walking Dead, The Blob, and The Lord of the Rings. As she got older, her love for all things scary, gory, and grotesque continued to grow, and she decided to try her hand at SFX makeup. She was immediately hooked, and her passion for SFX soon expanded into experimenting with beauty and editorial makeup. She continued to develop her skills in the Makeup for Media and  Creative Arts program at Sheridan College, and later completed the Advanced Special Effects Makeup, Prosthetics, and Prop Making course, where she discovered her love for prop and puppet making. Emory is inspired by art, film, and fashion. She loves seeing her  creations come to life and the joy that makeup brings to her clients.

In her spare time, Emory enjoys driving with the windows down, reading, and riding her horse.
